Before this change, when running CartoDB in production mode (e.g., RAILS_ENV=production), if you tried executing a `bundle exec rake` command, it would fail with: ``` [sequel] Setting up the "production" environment: rake aborted! can't convert nil into Hash ``` Basically this was happening because database.yml was missing the `production` section.	13 years ago
