32489c4eab Ghost tables: Add missing tags 
- Add materialized views commands.
- Add missing alter trigger.
- Add 'IMPORT FOREIGN SCHEMA' since it might create new tables.
- Add 'DROP EXTENSION' and 'DROP TYPE' since they alter table columns.
- Add 'DROP SCHEMA' and 'DROP SERVER' as they drop tables.
