nobody seems to understand what exactly the various colours are supposed to be.
So, rather than porting this magic mystery feature to Rust Crypto, let's rip it
out.

Events which are still in the process of being sent should *not* be included
in the `EventTimeline`. Doing so means that we will attempt to render them
twice, which makes react explode.
