* Add an option to ignore (block) a user when reporting their events
This is primarily useful if the content being reported really doesn't belong on your screen, and the room moderators are slow to react.
Ideally we'd use the word "block" instead of "ignore", but we call it "ignore user" everywhere else. See https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/19590 for further context on the word choice.
This change includes a minor refactor to the styles of labelled toggles (for reusability).

* PSFD-455: Iterate on search results for message bubbles
Though not perfect, this is a bit better than it was before. Specifically, we ensure our matching for `isOwnEvent` correctly identifies the user and that the results don't look *awful*.
There's still room for improvement, but this should be a measurable improvement itself. Most notably, this doesn't fix a couple obvious bugs due to complexity:
* Message bubbles have the wrong corners for the display format (pre-existing).
* The sender's own messages are missing avatars/names. This is just way too complex to fix.

* Tweak behaviour of room list header + menu space variant explore action
Previously, the `left` positioning seemed to only work with icons which are all about the same size so the arbitrary offset worked. Now we actually position off to the left of the element and we have equal `margin-left` and `margin-right` to determine the offset.

Adds maplibre as a dependency, and behind a labs flag, lets users send and receive [MSC3488](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/blob/matthew/location/proposals/3488-location.md) style location shares - with backwards compatibility with old school `m.location` `msgtype` location shares too.
For this to work, you have to define a valid maptile server and API in your config.json's `map_style_url`.
* Add a new flag pseudonymousAnalyticsOptIn replacing analyticsOptIn, stored at account level, so people only need to opt in once.
* Show a toast in login to users that have analyticsOptIn set but not yet pseudonymousAnalyticsOptIn prompting them confirm the new method is okay. Update the copy of the existing opt-in toast. Don't notify users that previously opted out.

Add a "kind" param for StyledCheckbox, allowing designers to choose different styles of checkbox as needed. In addition to the preexisting default kind (now called Solid), there's an Outline kind with a green checkmark and a transparent fill. This is used in the device trust view, since the default checkbox style looks too much like the green "verified" shield and it's awkward to have those next to each other.
Overhaul the device list in the "Security and Privacy" settings tab to include device trust status, provide buttons for verifying unverified devices, and improve overall usability and style. This should now be the primary interface for checking and changing the trust status of your own devices, rather than looking at your own user profile in the right panel.

We're anticipating development of polls soon, so for efficiency reasons we're getting the labs flag in early. If something goes wrong with the plan, this whole change will be reverted.
- Don't show loading spinners while waiting for user action
- When checking if there are other devices we can verify against, only
look for devices that are actually cross-signed.
- Adjust displayed options depending on whether other devices and/or
recovery keys exist, and add an option to reset cross-signing keys
if necessary.

In case where we had a very long message the experience of going between
messages to see the full quote isn't very nice on desktop, therefore this commit
adds a button with additional hotkey to normalize the experience a bit.

After changing flex-order the children did not have a max-height which
ended up in the child growing to outside of the screen instead of
being properly constrained.

Currently we have a lot of unnecessary layers being created in the app,
which is extremely problematic on Windows when using Chrome, as it
deoptimises fonts rendering due to layers mismatch; chrome's algorithm
can't figure out if the layers won't resize or overlap so it creates a
lot of additional layers, which has a side effect of turning off
sub-pixel antialiasing on Windows.
This is a first step to improve the layering in the entire app.
