To fix, open the file plib-1.8.4/src/ssgAux/ssgaSky.h
and change line 107 to read:
~ssgaCelestialBodyList () { removeAll(); }
and change line 195 to read:
~ssgaCloudLayerList () { removeAll(); }
In other words, remove the "extra qualification" parts from both lines.
After these changes, plib-1.8.4. should build and install correctly.
