Support absolute paths for XML includes.

Browse Source 
Use standard path resolver when searching for includes. Includes like
  <foo include="/Aircraft/Instruments/myfile.xml">
are now also supported - no need for
  <foo include="../../../Aircraft/Instruments/myfile.xml">.
