Robert Osfield 1b67e3ad1f Added ImageProcessor interface class and plugin mechnanism for ImageProcessor implementations to osgDB::Registry.
Add NVidiaTextureTools based plugin that provides an ImageProcessor implementation within an nvtt plugin.
