OpenSceneGraph/include/osg/NodeTrackerCallback
Robert Osfield abed6b7951 Ported NodeTrackCallback and NodeTrackManipulator across to use oberserver_ptr
instead of RefNodePath.

Removed now redundent RefNodePath.
