OpenSceneGraph/examples/osgdistortion/osgdistortion.cpp
Robert Osfield fd2ffeb310 Renamed osg::CameraNode to osg::Camera, cleaned up osg::View.
Added beginnings of new osgViewer::Scene,View,Viewer,CompositeViewer and GraphicsWindowProxy files.
