Converted the instances of const built in types being returned from methods
and passed as paramters into straight forward non const built in types,
i.e. const bool foogbar(const int) becomes bool foobar(int).

Added new osg::TextureBase, osg::Texture1D, osg::Texture2D, and osg::Texture3D
classes, and changed osg::Texture and osg::TextureCubeMap so that they now derive
from osg::TextureBase.
