Added osgGA::GUIEventAdapter::KeySymbol enumate list, which is a remapping

of the X settings.

Added a pass through of X11 sybmbols from Producer to osgGA::GUIEventAdapter::KeySymbol
in the osgProducer::EventAdapter.
