* Add the ability to exchange subaddresses for ETSI PTMP, ETSI PTP, and Q.SIG for call transfer. * Fix ETSI PTMP to send the correct messages depending on the call state for call transfer. NOTE: Some ISDN phones only handle the NOTIFY message that the EN 300-369 spec says should be sent only if the call has not connected yet.
