Shaun Ruffell 729addb7b2 dahdi: Add '#include <linux/kobject.h>' in dahdi/kernel.h ... linux/kobject.h was removed from linux/fs.h in upstream commit 57cc721. Add it back in in order to pick up the linux/kref.h include.
