Shaun Ruffell 8897a79f5b dahdi: '-o' -> '--no-same-owner' in drivers/dahdi/firmware/Makefile
It appears that in Centos 4, the version of tar doesn't like the -o
flag, but will honor the --no-same-owner flag.

(closes issue #16063)
