Latest Astribank firmware (as of Rev. 11426 also supports some newer
hardware types, which will have the ID 203. Anyone installing this newer
version will now have 203 as an alias, but older versions will not have
it.
The Makefile changes needed to install the two new files.

USB_RECOV.hex, rev. 9760. It may be used to recover from certain
issues of the USB controller of the Astribank (when an Astribank
is not detected as such) by Support staff.

If the OCT6104E-256D.ima Octasic firmware was downloaded to the build
directory, install it over with the rest of the firmware files.

This needs some more testing before it's on by default. If the card is
otherwise functioning, these messages may be confusing to the user. If
the card is not functioning, the driver can be reloaded with debug to
check for this condition.
