Ideally this will be expanded in order to simplify compilation tests of
DAHDI on supported distributions.

Debian packaging uses quilt to manage patches. Book-keeping for them is
done using quilt (either directly, or in a compatible format), and
tracked in the directory .pc .

Allows 'git status' command to better show untracked files which one may be
interested in.
