dahdi_dummy: Fix compilation since dahdi-linux 2.6.0.
Even though dahdi_dummy is no longer built by default, the adoption of dahdi_devices in 2.6 broke the ability to compile. This was not intended as there are some packagers who still patch the Kbuild file to enable dahdi_dummy.
