wct4xxp: Set -Wno-unused-but-set-variable compiler option if available.
Turn this option on for the entire wct4xxp driver in order to quiet the warnings in the oct612x source files. These files are from a vendor drop and the goal is to limit the deviations from the vendor if possible.
