wcte12xp, wctdm24xxp: Remove a PCI read from hardirq context.
No need for the CPU to wait there for that write to flush when all the writes will be flushed when the interrupt is acknoledged later. Saves nearly a 1 us from the interrupt handler on a 3Ghz Xeon test system.
