Lajellu 8389d2b2e3 HTML5 - comment out Join Video to fix DOM positioning 
The reason there was so much space between `Join Audio` and `Status` was that `Join Video` was in between. Join Video was removed
to fix this positioning.

Leave Audio and Join Video icons are being hidden, which still holds the space for that component in the DOM, but does not show
it.
`Join Audio` should not be commented out because the icon is displayed at certain times.
`Join Video` can be commented out for now for UI purposes and put back when it's implemented.

BigBlueButton

BigBlueButton is an open source web conferencing system for on-line learning.

We believe that every student with a web browser should have access to a high-quality on-line learning experience. We intend to make that possible with BigBlueButton.

BigBlueButton supports real-time sharing of slides (PDF and any document readable by LibreOffice), webcams, whiteboard, chat, voice over IP (using FreeSWITCH), and desktop. It can record and playback all content shared in a session. The use cases for BigBlueButton are

  • One-to-one on-line tutoring
  • Small group collaboration
  • On-line classes (50 or less)
