a514051c3e - copy the packaged config.xml into src/conf 
- revert back previous change where in build.xml we copy the config.xml from client as we don't want to
   always overwrite the config.xml everytime the dev runs ant. The dev may have a custom config.xml which
   gets overwritten with what's packaged

bc19e5389f - allow user to pass a repository to checkout from. The default will be github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton 
if the user does not pass anything on bbb-conf --checkout

04781b9fbf bbb-conf --check now checks to see if tomcat6 log directory is empty (seen this happen once which suggests tomcat6 didn't restart)

2625d97583 Added abbility to type 'bbb-conf --clean -w' to clean log files and watch every 2 sections for errors in log files. This is useful when starting BigBlueButton from a clean slate and looking for exceptions in log files during usage.
