77932c28d5 - improving desktop sharing 
1. The applet sends a keyframe only once on the beginning of sharing
2. The server sends keyframe when a "late" participant joins by having the client request to send a keyframe
3. Most of server code re-written in scala

TODO: cleanup and logging

c54dbf17fa - Patched flexlib, included new one. Will commit it to github to comply with license 
- Fixed flexlib project issue 244, not being able to registed MDIWIndow resize event.
- Removed timers in present and desktop sharing to watch for maximize, using new patch instead.
- Removed patches in BBB MDIWindow subclasses for maximization, no longer needed

4af07c635f - mute/unmute all except those participants that are marked as locked. 
- click on the lock icon to lock/unlock a participant
- TODO: 1. come up with a better UI to manage voice participants
        2. Adjust windows because Listeenrs window has changed.

bec65ca121 - moderators will not have to click on the voice participant then click on the speaker icon to mute/unmute. They can now click 
the icon directly. Previously, it was confusing on how to mute/unmute because it was a two-step action (select then mute)
- display the number of participants on the title window for both web and voice. No need to count how many are there.
NOTE: modified en_US bbbResources.properties, so other languages needs to be modified too
