b8811bafd4 fix(layout): use actual screen share size when calculating smart layout 
Smart layout (et al) presumes screen sharing will always use 100%
width of the media area. That causes cameras to always be positioned on
top, which is not always the optimal position depending on the viewport
and stream aspect ratio/resolution - so space is wasted.

This commit uses the actual screen sharing video size as provided by
HTMLVideo's videoWidth/videoHeight properties. The calculation uses the
same logic as the one used for presentation/slides, which should make it
a bit familiar.

There's also a handler for HTMLVideo's `resize` event for those browsers
that support it - which enables handling of variable-sized screen
sharing streams. That handler is debounced at 500 ms to prevent
excessive CPU use.

Extra testing is needed with the widest range possible of
browsers/environments and feature combinations.

8f77f4cd1f fix(layout): set external-video/screen share initial states on all layouts 
Only smart layout takes screen sharing/external video states in account
when populating its initial state. The others don't, and that causes
some weird issues when switching back-and-forth between layout types due
to their input states becoming inconsistent - ie having an active screen
sharing and transitioning from Smart -> Custom would mark it as false
(due to its absence from the initial state) and pollute its state for
subsequent layouts.

This commit guarantees those features are taken into account when
populating initial input states for Focus On*/Custom layouts.

6c8b097eba fix: add option to disable transcription in mobile, extend support check 
Mobile endpoints are flaky with the WebSpeechAPI:
  - iOS versions that support it are borking our outbound audio when it's
    enabled
  - Android speech recognition has flaky locale detection and speech
    transcription
Additionally: the support check is not checking the WebSpeechAPI
availability properly, so older devices (eg iOS 12) are flagged as
supported even though they aren't.

This commit adds a configuration flag (public.audioCaptions.mobile) to
control transcription availability on mobile. False by default.
Also extends the setSpeechVoices support check and
hasSpeechRecognitionSupport method to prevent false positives.

c96b53093c feat(captions): adds locale settings 
Adds two new flags to the settings file which change the way the locale
flag is used:

- forceLocale: (true/false) => If true, enforces the transcription
  language to be the locale content field and jumps the language
selector
  in audio modal.
- defaultSelectLocale: (true/false) => If true, the default selected
  value in the dropdown language selector in audio modal will be defined
  by the locale content field.

In any case, if the locale flag holds an invalid value, it defaults to
disabled.

Move the language collection to the HTML settings file. This data defines
the available languages available for the speech API.

These language tags are used to filter SpeechSynthesis' API `getVoices`
result. Tags must use BCP 47 format.

d00909751a refactor(captions): change getVoices routine 
In some cases, `getVoices` returns an empty array even if the browser's vendor
has full support for speech synthesis. Add a trigger call to initiate the
voices fetching process.

As drafted, `getVoices` can be an asynchronous call and monitoring it
depends on the support of a `voiceschanged` event. Although many of the
main vendors support voices, this event is not (yet) by Safari.

2 lines to avoid CPU intensive operations over this recurring event.

Replace Calibri font family with Verdana to improve character spacing,
add relative sizing to the text content and a background padding.

d23189d1ed refactor(audio): log VoiceUser cleanup on User remove and centralize it 
There's a VoiceUser cleanup procedure bound to the User's cleanup
routine in Meteor's server-side. That cleanup is _silent_ and does not
use a dedicated modifier from voice-user et al, which is not
straightforward and might waste a few minutes of understanding what's
happening when debugging audio collections.

This commit centralizes that cleanup in a new clearVoiceUser modifier in
voice-user as well as logs when it works.

cd9b8ccef4 fix: handle Firefox stream cleanup edge case (peer.js) 
Firefox doesn't fire the ended evt/onended callback for live
 MediaStreamTrack(s). We rely on that event.

7281475271 feat: add new peer wrapper to phase out kurento-utils 
kurento-utils is unmaintained. It's served us well, but its age
shows.  We need to transition to something else if we want to
have better  maintainability and include simulcast, multistream, ...

This introduces a simplified/leaner wrapper kit that's almost
API-compatible with what we use right now - so widespread changes
are minimal). It's easier to maintain/read/transition from. This
can be read as an intermediate step to transitioning to
something definitive (ie mediasoup-client).

27896e74e6 fix(audio): block audio join while gUM isn't resolved (local echo) 
The new local echo view doesn't block the "Join audio" button while
awaiting for getUserMedia permission to be granted/denied. That may
cause unexpected behavior when unattentive users just click "Join audio"
without granting or denying gUM.

This commit accounts for gUM resolution when deciding whether to block
the "Join audio" button. It also includes an extra "isConnecting" check
to it to avoid spam-clicking issues.

The 'inactive' event is fired whenever the stream gets inactive (ie it
cannot be used anymore), and there are scenarios where that is
unexpected behavior and must be handled accordingly.
The main example of that is when gUM permissions are revoked by the user
via the browser's permission management panel.
Since MediaStream/Track inactive events aren't being handled in such
scenarios, what actually happens is that the camera just freezes without
further indication why.

This commit handles those scenarios in both video-preview and
video-provider by:
  - 1) correctly stopping the camera (provider)
  - 2) surfacing a toast (provider) or error indication (preview)

8cacd96a0c fix(tldraw): fix shapes not persisting in production + 
Tldraw uses the constructor name for session complete names:
80ed0bf27b/packages/tldraw/src/state/TldrawApp.ts (L2916)
So in production they are changed because of js minifier.

I changed the onCommand reactor to be one generic for all session:complete actions.
Also fixed some crashes with grouping and ungrouping shapes, in those cases the order of adding/removing is important because children have a reference to the father (grouping shape).

0c7c628f7a fix(webcam): prevent camera freeze due to _renderMask exceptions 
Under some scenarios, cameras are freezing when the virtual background
code is running due to runPostProcessing(_renderMask) throwing
NS_ERROR_FAILURE - mainly on Firefox - consequently preventing
subsequent TimerWorker ticks from being scheduled.
Cases where I've seen that happen are:
  - conferences running under an iframe where the iframe is briefly
    stalled for some reason

Address the issue with a try-catch and a log for debugability (it's high
frequency, hence why not error level). We should probably remove the log
entirely once we figure out why the post-processing method is failing.

There are scenarios where the full audio broker (SFU) stop  procedure
may be called multiple times in a very short timestamp - eg a concurrent
stop + connection failure; a timeout in the transfer procedure + a
reconnect attempt, [...]. When that happens, calls to exitAudio may throw
errors if the broker was already released - and that's not the expected
behavior.

0fead2ebbb fix: omit unused props in talking-indicator, input stream selector and emoji button 
The talking-indicator, emoji-button and input-live-stream-selector
components are passing props downstream that weren't omitted or handled
by inherited components (Button, Icon). That causes a handful of error
logs to be spammed in the console of dev environments, which is
annoying.

This commit addresses the issue by:
  - Making the talking, spoke, muted and isViewer props transient
    (styled-components) - which means they won't reach the DOM (as
    expected since they're style-only)
  - Omitting the EmojiButton `rotate` prop in the Icon component itself
    * Made that instead of transient because might be useful to migrate
      the rotate code to the Icon component?

Changed the names of tldraw record events to differentiate from before.
Publish tldraw.json file with all shape information during the meeting to be used in playback.
Adapted cursor.xml and panzoom.xml to store tldraw data.
Publish slides svgs to be used by playback's tldraw component (otherwise we have different image sizes in pngs and thus messing the coordinates).
Retro-compatible with old recordings.

07a3a915c0 feat(whiteboard): poll result, zoom fit slide + 
- Poll result as text shape in the lower right-hand
- Include all tldraw shape bounds as size in akka (to help Daniel rendering in pdf export)
- Default/initital zoom will be centered in the slide and maximize the size according to the presentation area
- Also limited the max zoom out to be the one that fits the slide, to be similar as we had before

Use the built-in getLocalStream from the peer wrapper instead (which
relies on getSenders - the proper, spec-compliant way).

Two different issues are addressed:
  - RTCPeerConnection.getLocalStreams is a pre-1.0 WebRTC spec which is
    deprecated and not recommended.
  - Fixed an issue where a switch from full audio to listen only could
  cause the latter to be rejected with an error 1004 in rare scenarios.

dfd93e7959 Fix etherpad session authentication to work in cluster setups 
Etherpad uses the sessionID cookie for authorization. In cluster setups the
host part of the URI which serves the html5 frontend is different from
the hostname part of the URI which serves etherpad. Therefore the
bbb-html5 client can't set a cookie for etherpad which contains the
etherpad sessionID.

This patch uses the `ep_auth_session` etherpad plugin which takes the
`sessionID` as query parameter, sets the cookie in the browser and
redirects the iframe to the pad URI.

53570deb86 fix(screenshare): make viewers reconnect immediately mid-call 
If a viewer session failed mid-call, it was being scheduled for a reconnect via
the min-max connection timers (30s-60s), which is terrible UX.

This commit makes screen sharing viewers try to reconnect immediately when
appropriate.

d45aecdbcc fix(screenshare): remove broken presenter screen reconnect 
Outbound/presenter screen sharing reconnect was broken from inception, so it's
being removed until it´s properly re-implemented.

This also fixes an issue where presenter disconnections would be silent for the
end user - now an error toast is shown and the error properly logged.

83e26b7f63 fix(screenshare): race condition - local stream ends while broker stars 
There could be a race condition where the local getDisplayMedia stream ends
(eg via Chrome`s stop sharing toast) while the broker hasn't finished starting.
That would lead to a scenario where the broker wouldn't emit an end event,
causing screen sharing to be flagged as started with a blank/invalid stream.

d350afd194 fix(screenshare): check packet flow to detect unhealthy streams earlier 
Screen streams were only deemed unhealthy when the transport's ICE state
transitioned to failed. That was as good as nothing because the stream would
stay frozen with no visual UI feedback until it reconnected. Bad UX.

This commit addresses that issue via two changes:
  - A stream is deemed *potentially* unhealthy now if the transport's
    state becomes disconnected
  - If a stream is deemed potentially unhealthy, a monitor probe is
    started to check whether there is media/packet flow (every 500ms).
    If there's no packet flow, the stream is flagged is factually unhealthy and
    UI feedback about that is rendered.

It's still not as good as it could be - relying on disconnected still
leaves a couple of seconds of silence to be dealt with. For that to be
addressed the prober would have to run nonstop, but that's for later.

Code was marked for review - isn't necessary anymore and was triggering a static
code analysis alert as well. Simplified it to a good extent.

Also removed some trailing whitespaces from the file so that my editor stops

dd0873392c Adds tempPresId parameter; distinct filenames for upload of shared notes 
Requesting a token for upload requires a temporary presentation id, a change which was not yet reflected in the shared notes export.
As a result, the "move shared notes to whiteboard" button stopped functioning.

Additionally, if throughout a meeting an instructor uses this feature repeatedly, the file will be appended with the corresponding version:

Shared_Notes.pdf
Shared_Notes(1).pdf
Shared_Notes(2).pdf

etc.

e93176238a feat(audio): add sipjsAllowMdns option to control mDNS filtering in SIP.js 
FreeSWITCH has mDNS resolution capabilities as of 1.10.7. Having the filtering
configurable in the client allows us to field trial whether we should keep that
on or off. The default is still to filter them out because FreeSWITCH does not
resolve mDNS candidates by default (ice_resolve_candidate in switch.conf.xml).

d81041443b fix(audio): guarantee consistency of selected output devices in AudioSettings 
The initial selected output device in AudioSettings could be the wrong one if
the user's session had an output device ID already stored, but is joining on a
new session. That would cause the remote-media tag not to be updated with the
correct output device ID when it should (the service.js change)

The issue is tackled by guaranteeing the output device ID is set on all ends
when AudioSettings/AudioModal mounts.

 - 1) gUM outputs an user-selected device rather than the default
 - 2) no previous device was selected for that domain and the enumeration
      list order caused the default not to be the first

The issue is tackled re-extracting the deviceId from an input stream if it
exists and making the DeviceSelector value follow what is defined in the client
(audio-manager) via a trackable prop

  - Temporarily disable the "trickle ICE" pair gathering feature used

c9eeffb71e fix(audio): guarantee audio settings devices are present and labelled 
For scenarios where streams are produced in AudioSettings (local echo,
volume meter), force gUM resolution before devices are enumerated.
This effectively guarantees that all devices are present, labelled and
with deviceIds.

"default" is not an universally valid default value for deviceIds which was causing issues with Firefox and Safari in some specific scenarios where exact deviceId constraints were being used

d6c7f23a0e feat(audio): local echo test and audio energy meter 
New features:
  - A simplified echo test mode that only does a local loopback (instead of
  going to FS and back)
  - A volume meter for microphone streams to the AudioSettings view

Those two features are experimental and disabled by default; see
public.app.media.simplifiedEchoTest and public.app.media.showVolumeMeter configs

Collateral changes:
  - fix: localize fallback device strings in AudioSettings/DeviceSelector
  - Refactor on some media stream utils to be re-usable across components
  - Refactor in AudioSettings to keep gUM #uses stable.
    * TODO: need to pass streams through AudioManager to avoid the surplus gUM.
  - fix(audio): drop ScriptProcessorNode usage (deprecated)
    * Used in volume meter for tracking - use hark instead
