fix: specify height in high and hd camera profiles
...
Set height to 720 in those profiles so that aspect ratio has a better chance to
be cohesive in all environments. Having only width set was causing certain
devices to output videos with non-standard ARs

client to control the number of simultaneous webcams an user can share.
