e6c43f282a fix(screenshare): fullscreen status from state

5d0ae8ff04 feat(screenshare): change loading icon 
Change the previous loading spinner to the new loading dots, ensuring
a bit more UI consistency.
Add the "unhealthy stream" filter to make the dots a little more visible and
remove the loading spinner.

06c7edbb0b fix(audio): prevent mute notification to be triggered when mic is locked 
When mic is locked, user is not able to talk so it doesn't make sense
to alert the user about unmuting (mute button is also disabled when mic
is locked).

d8dae1ec90 fix(webcams): handle Firefox video stream cleanup edge case 
Firefox doesnt fire the ended evt/onended callback for live video mediastreamtracks. That caused the stream storage to not run the cleanup procedure in some scenarios

Manually emit the ended event which works with the onended callback when a track is stopped

0453e9e842 fix(webcams): reduce number of gUM calls 
Shave off the number of calls in video-preview and video-provider by
using a stream storage

We don´t call an upfront gUM in video-preview anymore to lift the
fingerprinting barrier on device labels and IDs. Flow has been reversed:
upfront enumerate, load first preview, then check if previous
enumeration was obfuscated.

Add a stream storage in video-preview`s service to avoid re-fetching
them in video-providerj

Remove some unneeded video-preview container props

Improve some of video-preview`s error locales

3433348b01 fix(audio): add label to device selector button 
Some technical information:

Added the possibility to have a tooltip container inside of an emojibutton
(even if the button already has a container). We handle the hover event in the
parent button by adding a simbling element and binding the tooltip in it.
So the tooltip/hover of the ButtonEmoji won't affect the parent element.

No changes, but additions, making the default behavior of tooltip intact,
avoid regressions on it.

ce076ffaad feat(audio): add a new button for selecting audio device 
This commit adds a new small button over the "Phone/audio" button. Currently
this button pops up the device audio selector, which contains the "Leave audio"
option. This commit brings back the "Leave audio" behavior to the phone
button, using a new smaller button to switch between audio devices.

This issue address the problem reported by #12320 and complements the work done
for #9723.

Some technical details:
Added a new component : ButtonEmoji. This allow us to add an emoji inside
another button.
Modified dropdown trigger a bit: if the trigger contains a ButtonEmoji,
then we will use the emoji to trigger the dropdown (instead of the button
itself). This commit doens't change the default behavior of dropdown (when
the trigger doesn't have a ButtonEmoji component), to avoid regressions with
current dropdowns; this will only change it's behavior when used with
the new ButtonEmoji component.

068b82b1fa refactor(connection status): remove legacy monitor 
Remove parts of a previous connection monitor.

To add some context (as far as my memory goes) to the multiple connection
monitor features the product has, `stats` (currently named `connection status`)
was introduced at the Flash client back in ~2016. @fcecagno and I did it
as a BigBlueButton's Summit activity. Our work was squashed into a single
commit in 92554f8b3e :).

I'm not sure about the whole story behind `network information` (the late
connection monitor added to the HTML5 client) but I assume it should work
as a collector for a bunch of different connectivity monitors. I remember
when it was introduced but I don't know why it wasn't adopted. My best guess
would be because of some performance issues the `user list` had back then.

To follow on why `connection status` replaced `network information` at the
HTML5 client, when I did the `multiple webcams` feature I had to refactor
a big chunk of the `video provider` (#8374). Something that wasn't really
helping there was the adaptation of `stats` that was made to show local
feedback for each webcam connection. Although this feature wasn't being
used anymore, `network information` did rely on that to build up data. With
this monitor gone I assumed it was my responsibility to provide an alternative
so I promoted Mconf's port of the Flash `stats` monitor to BigBlueButton's

Well, that's my perspective on how things went for those features. If
anyone would like to correct me on something or add something else on

Add the `camera` icon in the user list for whoever is sharing,
in order to improve the understanding of who is sharing the webcam.
It is possible to enable/disable this indication in the settings.yml

To avoid re-rendering of the poll answers when the poll panel is opened and closed,
this commit uses the currentPoll object to determine wether results should be rendered.

828cf60cb2 Add option to hide individual answers in polls 
This patch adds a new option to hide the individual answers to the presenter
when starting a poll. This includes hiding the answers for the presenter and
informing the other users that the current poll is anonymous.

db4158dc30 fix: first audio join in breakout fails with specific config 
When listenOnlyMode=false, skipCheck=true and skipCheckOnJoin=true, the
audio tries to start a session more than one time, causing it to fail
at the first one (and reconnect after that).

Now we check if user is already connecting before trying to start a new
audio session.

Added some info in settings.yml for the options related to this commit

When setting skipCheckOnJoin to true, an extra audio channel is created in
FreeSWITCH, after user accepts the echo test. The extra channel is removed
when user leaves the room, but this still may affect performance.

791c3394f6 Few changes at the reload button 
Tweaked a bit at the button's style to give it a little distance from
the borders and replaced by a larger circle button for the icon to appear
a few bigger and keep the roundness of the surrinding design. Also moved
the suppress control to the button component so it solves for both external
player, generic component and any other component that decides to use it in
the future.

bf17b385b6 fix: breakout autojoin audio with wrong behavior 
When joining/returning breakouts, audio would always connect
with full audio. This can lead to a performance problem, once
all listenonly users would join full audio, increasing the
number of streams in FreeSWITCH.

We now have a consistent behavior, which is:
1 - The choice made by the user in the main room is predominant:
    if mic is active in main room, user will automatically
    join mic in breakout room. When returning from breakout
    room, user will also join with mic again.
2 - Changes made in breakout room won't have effect when
    returning to the main room. This means if user, for example,
    change from listenonly to mic in breakout room, the returning
    will consider the option choosen previously (listenonly) and
    listenonly will be active again in the main room.
3 - If user didn't join audio in the main room, the audio modal
    will be prompted when joining the breakout room (this is
    a special case of (1))


The following is some technicall information:
InputStreamLiveSelector (component.jsx) now calls
'handleLeaveAudio' function, which is the default
function when user leaves audio (also used when
dynamic devices are inactive).

We now store information about user's choice (mic or listenonly)
using local storage, instead of the previous cookie method (this
was triggering some warnings in browser's console).

Also did a small refactoring to match eslint rules.

e8d59ed14a fix: mic selection (firefox/all browsers) and muted alert when mic is changed 
This commit contains three fixes: one already reported and two detected
during the investigation of the solution.
This started as a fix for firefox (#12023), but i also fixed the muted
alert/banner when device changes: the banner wasn't detecting device changes,
unless audio was deactived/actived.

There's another fix for the microphone stream: we now keep sender's track
disabled if it was already disabled for the sender's track of the previous
selected device.

Also did small refactor for eslint checking.

Some technical information: in sip bridge (bridge/sip.js), setInputStream and
liveChangeInputDevice function were both fully turned into promises, which
guarantees we have everything ready when it resolves to the respective values.
This helps AudioManager (audio-manager/index.js) to sequentially sets and
tracks the state of the current microphone stream (inputStream), when calling
liveChangeInputDevice function: we first set the current stream to null,
creats a new one and then set it to the newly created value - this is needed
because MutedAlert (muted-alert/component.jsx) can then gracefully
allocate/deallocate the cloned stream when it is set to a non-null/null value
(the cloned stream is used for speech detection with hark).
In MutedAlert we also make sure to enable the cloned stream's audio
tracks, just in case the user change the device when muted (audio track is
disabled in this case), which also leaves the cloned stream muted (we then
enable the track to allow speech detection).

001ab9554c video: added voice activity stream sorting, made stream sorting extensible 
Video streams can be sorted by voice floor activity in the client according to FreeSWITCH´s floor events. The feature works together with pagination, essentially giving an Last-N like experience while not disrupting too much

Made video stream sorting extensible in a way. The sorting modes for pagination and unbounded can be configured in settings.yml and new sorting modes can be added to the stream sorting util under video-provider. Inline docs explain how to do that

Changed how the stream ID attribute from video-streams collection was passed to downstream components; we had an array map that was executed every change just to map stream to cameraId, which is bizarre. So I changed the cameraId usage in downstream components to be conformat with the collection attributes and shaved off the map where it wasnt needed

Add better selectors to video-list-item container´s VoiceUser fetch

4170b9d1ac fix: whiteboard access for multiple presentations 
Whiteboard service wasn't considering the current presentation id when
fetching for the current whiteboard id. Calls were always returning
the id of the first slide available. This was effecting the state of the
whiteboard access feedback at the users' list.
